We have all heard about the long-lasting battle between Microsoft’s Xbox and Sony’s PlayStation. Eyeing both consoles, it is difficult to choose a victor as both are very closely matched. With the newest launches containing power packed features to consumers, it doesn’t seem like the rage will end anytime soon.
The next generation of consoles are coming out ready to defeat each other with newly added features in the next round of the war. Microsoft mentioned in a blog post that the highly awaited Xbox Series X is set to be launched in November, 2020. The prices are most likely to be dropped during the holiday season at the end of the year, a strategy to compete against Sony’s PlayStation 5 that is likely to launch during the holiday season. The users will be able to select and play from thousands of games previously added during the span of four generations.
Microsoft’s plan for its biggest launch, Halo Infinite, has been delayed until next year, 2021 due to some critical unfinished work required for the launch. However, it has further mentioned in its blog post that it will be launching more than 50 games additionally. Some of them include:
– Yakuza: Like a Dragon
– Destiny 2
– Dirt 5
– Forza Horizon 4
– Gear Tactics
– Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
– Watch Dogs: Legion
